Welcome to my portfolio.

I've been taking photographs for over 35 years and rarely travel anywhere without a camera. My portfolio covers a wide range of subjects with a heavy influence towards sport, travel and landscape.

For me, photography has to have reason and purpose. It's not just to record the places I've been to and things I've seen but to capture them in a way that re-creates those special and often once in a lifetime moments to look back on.

Like many people I used film for a long time, but transitioned to digital in 2005. These days there's so many good cameras and equipment out there we're spoiled for choice, but I've used Nikon cameras and lenses since the late 80's. They just suit me and my style of photography and I like the way they handle and just work.
